  • The Good Room

    The Good Room is yours. A private space reserved for special visitors and occasions.

    Enjoy the luxury of a private bar & bartender, personalised music, A/V system, split system climate control for year-round comfort, dimmable lighting and completely customizable layout in a stunning environment that will no doubt be the envy of others!

    Recommended number of guests: 60-80 (with a negotiable extension of up to 120 guests into Front Bar)

  • The Sunroom

    The Sunroom is our most spacious bookable event space preferred for the grandest of events including Weddings, Engagements and Milestone Birthdays with large guest numbers.

    Experience the best vibes with high skylight ceilings and giant bi-fold doors opening up to our open air beer garden, exposed brick walls, lush greenery, a vibrant neon and a versatile stage area.

    Recommended number of guests: 60-150

  • The Arbour

    Be right in the middle of the action, but have a dedicated section to make yourself at Holmes.

    The Arbour is our plush 10 metre long booth, perfect for seated dining or casual catchups.

    Choose between group tables or scattered smaller tables and standing area.

    Recommended number of guests: 25-40

  • The Front Bar

    The ultimate wide open relaxed space, complete with Shuffleboard and right in front of your own bar with a dedicated bartender too.

Bespoke catering.

Your function manager will work with you to develop a unique menu and beverage offering to suit your event - at a price that meets your budget.

A pre-determined Bar Tab with your choice of beverage options and specified limit will be set prior to your event. Bar tabs can then be extended on the night on request.

Catering Packages start at $15 per head, with complementary Grazing Platters also available for guests to enjoy from the very beginning of the event.
